Top TikTok & Instagram Trends to Watch: Week of March 3rd.
One of my team members informed me that we entered into the age of Aquarius in 2024, and that means it began a “slow death and following rebirth.”
I haven’t stopped thinking about it.
So many people I speak to are mourning a loss, or a loss of a normalcy they once knew.
I also have been in this space of saying goodbye to a vision of this year, and version of myself that I once was so comfortable being.
But on the other hand, I am leaning in HARD to the rebirth.
In December, I invested in strategic coaches to help me in areas I knew I needed more confidence.
I have been focused diligently on expansion.
Expansion of my community, my network, and showing up to be the external leader of Authentic.
It’s not my norm, because for the first 5 years of this company, I really didn’t want to be the face of it.
I felt much more comfortable in the day to day of fulfilling great creative work for clients.
But by putting in the reps of networking, going to events, starting a podcast….
(OKAY OFFICIAL LAUNCH IS MARCH 12th!!!)
I am finding that I like this version of me I am becoming.
I am not apologizing any more.
I am boldy declaring what I have done, built, and what I can do for others.
It’s not perfect, but I am getting there.
And I am fighting the battle to not ruminate on the past daily.
I’ve been pregnant with the obstacles of the past,
now I am ready for the rebirth.
I share this with you because I invite you to start working toward that future you, and let go of the thing that are holding you back.
Chasing your dreams are worth every hardship you might encounter along the way.
XO,
Lindsay
The Oscars
The Oscars pretty closely gave us a wrap up of the year’s biggest cultural moments. They hit on…
1) Wicked
2) Israel & Gaza Conflict
3) Ozempic
The reason award shows are great for social, is because they are one of the few big LIVE Television moments that unite us all in entertainment. Additionally, they give us the opportunity to relate celebrity culture back to our real lives!
My favorite moment had to have been when Kieran Culkin said his wife made a bet on having their 4th child! Classic moment for us parents who get it.
Here are some of the early memes I laughed at to get you inspired: Kieran, Yelling for MOM, Classic Adam Sandler.
