The strawberry moon this weekend has brought me to a place of strength and wisdom, a reckoning of priorities for where I am, and where I want to be going.
I lived a great work life / balance between birthday parties, date night and solo time with my kids. Even though work crept through the weekend, I welcomed the opportunity to make progress — because this company and YOU ALL are my passion.

I chose this week’s mantra from Winston Churchill because I think it deeply applies to social media.
We can not control the algorithms, we can not control our audience’s reaction, and the plans we make will often change.
But, the act of planning brings us to more thoughtful and successful execution.
Without planning, you are at the whim of the wind… and likely unable to reach your goals. You’ll have much more frustration and your compass needle will move in many directions, instead of the one you want it to move in.
So, embrace change and uncertainty, and remember your plans will inevitably change, but do not avoid the act of planning.
Push yourself to do it and you will achieve and act greater in the moment. 💜
